How a rental works

01 · YOU Check out in 30 seconds Scan their QR, pick the boat and the return time, confirm.
02 · ON THE WATER Every boat on the map Inside the zone, on time — or an alert to your staff the moment it isn’t.
03 · BACK AT THE DOCK Return check Photos, damage and fuel, then Returned. A copy goes to the customer (coming in the pilot).

No app yet? It's free, one minute. Don't want one? Send a web link by SMS (coming in the pilot). Busy day? Print stickers from your dashboard and let customers start themselves.

Built for a boat rental.

Zones and late alerts

The bay your boats may use, and an alert when one leaves it or is late.

Help request to you, SOS to rescue

A breakdown comes to your staff; an emergency to the rescue centre — you see both.

Return check

Photos, damage and fuel at the dock. A copy goes to the customer (coming in the pilot).

Incident report

One PDF for your insurer: who, what, when, where.

Evening report

Everything that happened today, in your inbox at closing (coming in the pilot).

SOON

Booqable and Bókun first: a booking becomes a check-out automatically.

Questions operators ask

Does Fleet replace my booking system?

No. Fleet covers what happens on the water — check-out, live map, alerts, return. It works next to your booking system; links to Booqable and Bókun come first, and we ask pilot operators which one they use.

Who gets the call when a boat breaks down?

If the customer answers No to “Is this an emergency?”, the help request goes to your staff with the boat's position. A real SOS goes to the rescue centre for those waters — and you see it the same second.

Do my customers need to download an app?

The VesselSOS app is free and takes about a minute to set up — on iPhone today, Android later. Customers who don't want an app get a web link by SMS that works in the phone's browser (coming in the pilot).

Do I need GPS trackers or other hardware?

No. Your customers' phones are the trackers. Your staff use the Fleet dashboard in a browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The only thing you print is a QR sticker for each craft.

Can I use Fleet this season?

Fleet is in its pilot: we're onboarding a small group of rental operators for the 2027 season and set up each fleet together with them. You can try the dashboard demo with sample data today and apply for the pilot.

Who can see my customer's location?

Only your staff, and only for the rental the customer accepted in their app — they can see who is watching. VesselSOS keeps its data in the European Union (Stockholm), and every pilot operator signs a data processing agreement with us.

Fleet helps your staff keep an eye on every rental. It is not a rescue service and doesn't replace your own safety duties.
