Mandatory: under the 2026 Act every attraction-service provider (including water-attraction/rental providers) must take out compulsory 'Accident' (Злополука) insurance covering the life, health and bodily integrity of users; the minimum sum insured is set by the Council of Ministers, and operating without valid insurance is grounds for deletion from the register.
