Jet ski hire software for fast, expensive crafts.
Know where every jet ski is, catch a rider leaving the zone, and settle damage with photos instead of arguments (coming in the pilot). The rider's phone is the tracker.
Your jet ski day, fixed.
How a hire works
No app yet? It's free, one minute. Don't want one? Send a web link by SMS (coming in the pilot). Busy day? Print stickers from your dashboard and let customers start themselves.
Built for powered crafts.
Bay zone
Draw where jet skis may go. Leave it and your staff see it at once.
Return check
Photos, damage and fuel at the dock — fewer arguments about scratches (coming in the pilot).
Incident report
One PDF: who, which jet ski, when, where and how you responded.
Five alerts
Out of zone, late, low battery, help request, SOS.
ID and age check
SOONA photo of the rider's ID at check-out — no one under 15 drives a craft faster than 10 knots unsupervised.
Speed alert
SOONA warning when a jet ski goes too fast near swimmers.
Questions operators ask
Can Fleet check a rider's ID and age?
An ID check at check-out is coming. New Zealand has no boat licence, but Maritime Rules Part 91 bars anyone under 15 from driving a craft capable of more than 10 knots without direct supervision — check age the way you do today, and Fleet records who hired which jet ski, when, and where it went.
Does it help with damage disputes?
Yes. The return check takes photos, notes damage and fuel, and sends the customer a copy — so a scratch is settled at the dock, not weeks later (coming in the pilot).
Do my customers need to download an app?
The VesselSOS app is free and takes about a minute to set up — on iPhone today, Android later. Customers who don't want an app get a web link by SMS that works in the phone's browser (coming in the pilot).
Do I need GPS trackers or other hardware?
No. Your customers' phones are the trackers. Your staff use the Fleet dashboard in a browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The only thing you print is a QR sticker for each craft.
Can I use Fleet this season?
Fleet is in its pilot: we're onboarding a small group of hire operators for the 2027 season and set up each fleet together with them. You can try the dashboard demo with sample data today and apply for the pilot.
Who can see my customer's location?
Only your staff, and only for the hire the customer accepted in their app — they can see who is watching. VesselSOS keeps its data in the European Union (Stockholm), and every pilot operator signs a data processing agreement with us.
Fleet helps your staff keep an eye on every hire. It is not a rescue service and doesn't replace your own safety duties.

We're onboarding a small group of hire operators for next season — and building the rest with them.
