A pocket card for every customer: the zone, the time to be back, offshore wind, the lifejacket, and who to call.

How many rentals you track and how many hours of paper you save — the calculator on the Fleet page.
Open the calculator →Boat rental laws by state
What each state says about liveries — permits, pre-rental instruction, renter age, boater education cards — with the official sources.
Read the state rules →Questions
Are the tools really free?
Yes. Fill in the fields and use the live preview as often as you like, no account needed. Only the PDF download asks for your work email and company, so we know who uses them.
Which languages can I print in?
Pick the print language separately from the page language, so a Croatian operator can print a German card for German guests. Languages that are not translated yet print in English.
Do I need VesselSOS Fleet to use them?
No. The card, the agreement template and the poster work on their own, on paper. Fleet is our rental dashboard, in its pilot for the 2027 season.
Fleet for your craft
Know where every rental is.
VesselSOS Fleet is the rental dashboard we're building with pilot operators for the 2027 season: check customers out by QR, see every rental live on one map, call them back when the wind turns. Their phone is the tracker.
